I have. Today. In a parking lot with a million other people around. That's all I'm gonna say for now. Someone wake me up when the first trimester is over.....
Aww, I hope you feel better soon. You are getting pretty close to 12 weeks, right?
I do have a puke story. It was actually this same day of my pregnancy, but last time. I was 14 weeks pregnant and feeling so much better that I suggested to Jordan we go to Fuddrucker's. I ate wayyyy too much. On the way out to the car I was feeling bad, and I started to feel worse and worse as we drove. I told Jordan to stay in the right lane but he didn't listen. When I yelled at him to pull over we were in the left lane, it was dark, and the road we were on didn't have many streetlights. He swerved into what looked like a gravel lot and I swung the door open. As I knelt there, I realized I was not on gravel, but grass. We were on the front lawn of a church. It's a good thing they weren't having a service that night, and that a cop did not happen by. Still, I felt really horrible puking in the middle of their front lawn :-(
And Jordan wanted me to say that he, too, has puked in public. He has never done well with breakfast, but in college I didn't know that and asked him to meet me before our morning classes. He choked down part of a waffle and then puked in the bushes on his way to class. Poor thing, I would've loved him even if he hadn't eaten that waffle!
I have yet to puke in a public place, but I held my sisters hair as she did in the airport arrival terminal trash can... That was pretty bad! Babies will do strange things to your body. It DOES get better, though!
Married to Brett.
Mommy to human babies Louisa Mae (aka Lucy), June Elizabeth (aka Junie), and baby #3 due in September.
Mommy to furry baby Savannah (golden retriever) and a smallish backyard chicken flock.
I wasn't born in the South, but I got here as quick as I could!
